Superbly quiet 5 acre bush location. The property is only 10 minutes to Dunsborough for shopping, major wineries and Yallingup and Smith Beach World Famous Surf Breaks. The pet friendly option allows you bring your beloved fur family member with you

Main: 1 x queen bed,1 x single bed
2nd Bedroom: 1 x queen bed, 1 x single bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 x queen
Large outdoor entertaining area with 2 outdoor dining areas & BBQ. House is close to galleries, wineries, world class surf breaks,10 ins from Dunsborough. Very secluded, quiet & tranquil location, Plenty of parking for boats and extra cars. House can accommodate 10 persons
Please Note: You will be sharing the property with the caretaker. The lodging is located on the property separate and to the rear of the house. There is also a studio on the property which may occassionally have guests staying there.
Terms and Conditions
NO SCHOOLIES
NO LARGE PARTIES : If we suspect that a group booking the property will be hosting a party, we reserve the right to be present at check in, If we feel that the house will be the venue for a gathering of a large group the booking will be cancelled immediately with NO REFUND. This is not a party house
LINEN OPTIONAL
We can supply linen or clients can bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels
Doonas & Pillows are provided
Payment Requirements:
Deposit of $500 is required within 1 week of confirmation to secure booking.
Final Payment is due 1 month Prior to check in
Cancellation policy :
Every endeavour is made to re book the time cancelled, but if this is not possible your deposit is forfeited. If the time is rebooked by another client, your deposit is refunded in full (less a $ 50 cancellation fee ). Also if the new booking rate has to be discounted then the shortfall is deducted from the deposit. Notification of cancellation must be recieved at least 30 days prior to your booking.
