The Loop is a meticulously designed resort-style home, combining contemporary luxury with rural charm. The open-plan living area features vaulted ceilings and expansive windows, flooding the space with natural light and framing stunning valley views. Perfect for families or groups, the property includes:



Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed featuring a private ensuite with a freestanding bath, plus a spacious walk-in robe.

Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed with built-in wardrobes for convenient storage.

Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed in a carpeted room with built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4: Two king single beds alongside a dedicated study area, making it perfect for children, guests, or remote work.



The home boasts a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite benchtops, a home theatre room, and multiple outdoor entertaining areas, including a pizza oven and BBQ.



Built in 2018, The Loop is set on 2.5 acres of peaceful rural land, offering a sanctuary for relaxation and connection. Its interiors feature premium materials, including granite and custom stonework, paired with stylish furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living spaces flow seamlessly into the outdoors, where you’ll find a magnesium pool, landscaped gardens, and breathtaking valley views -perfect for entertaining or unwinding.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool, outdoor entertaining areas, and landscaped grounds. Secure on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.

Check-out: 10:00am

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request (fees apply).



Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises.

Interaction with guests



Property Information

The property operates on rainwater, so we kindly ask guests to conserve water when possible.

AC is available in the living and dining area, as well as in the Master Bedroom and the north-facing king single bedroom (reverse cycle air conditioning). All other bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.



Guests can also enjoy a basketball ring and a games box provided for entertainment.



Please note that this property is fitted with external security cameras monitoring the outside areas of the home for safety and security purposes only.
