The Space:

Wake up to the sound of waves, spend your days exploring the coast, and end each evening watching the sunset paint the sky. The heart of the home is the breathtaking main living area, where soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling gable windows frame the endless blue of Geographe Bay. Sink into plush lounges bathed in natural light, or retreat to the plush second lounge for a cosy movie night. A fully equipped kitchen with sleek countertops, quality appliances, and a breakfast bar invites you to whip up delicious meals while still being part of the action. The open-plan dining space seamlessly connects to the outdoors, making every meal an experience.



The magic continues outside, where the expansive alfresco deck offers the ultimate setting for long, lazy afternoons. Fire up the BBQ, dine beneath the ceiling fan, or take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool—all while enjoying the salty sea breeze. The fenced yard ensures a safe haven for kids to play outside.



When it’s time to unwind, the primary bedroom is your private sanctuary, complete with a queen bed, stunning ocean views, a private balcony, and a spa-like ensuite with a raised bath. Two additional queen bedrooms with built-in wardrobes offer cosy retreats, while the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and its own outdoor access. They share a stylish main bathroom with dual sinks, a deep bath, and a separate toilet.



This home is perfect for remote work, featuring a dedicated office and WiFi. Stay comfortable with air conditioning in the living area, and enjoy the convenience of full laundry facilities and ample parking.



We provide bath towels only. Please bring your own pool towels.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

The iconic Busselton Jetty is just five minutes away, where you can stroll along the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere or explore the Underwater Observatory. The bustling foreshore is lined with cafés, breweries, and restaurants, perfect for a seaside meal or sunset drink.
