A third bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 bunk bed set of 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooking island, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also offers a separate WC and a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, WC, and double hand-basin, as well as a sauna.

The upper floor mirrors much of the ground floor's generous layout, featuring a large living and dining room with a flat screen satellite TV and direct access to a balcony of 30 square metres.
