Le Vieux Pressoir is a former winegrower's farmhouse (1830/1850) restored with respect for tradition.
This charming 300 m² gîte, with air conditioning, is located in a small, peaceful village in the heart of the mirabelle plum orchards of the Côtes de Meuse, within the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, and very close to Lake Madine, the Montsec hill, and the Saint-Mihiel salient.

The interior décor perfectly complements the architecture. Flemish style, exposed beams and stonework, a fireplace, a stone sink, an authentic wine press, and a bread oven: all these elements contribute to the authentic character of this place. It is an ideal place for relaxation and gatherings with family or friends.

Equipped with an electric vehicle charging station. Ground floor: The "Front" bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), walk-in shower, and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner stove, opening onto a spacious living/dining room with a cathedral ceiling (fireplace, TV, DVD player). Direct access leads to a flower-filled courtyard, a true haven of peace (garden furniture, deck chairs, BBQ, outdoor games).

A half-level: Accessed via a sunny landing, one bedroom (one queen bed (160x200cm)) + bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Upstairs: a spacious relaxation area with a pool table and golf, three cozy themed bedrooms: the Tendelin (one double bed 140x200cm + one single bed 120x190cm), the Fouloir (two single beds 90x200cm), and the Pressoir (one queen bed 160x200cm). A large shower room with double sink and a separate toilet further enhance the pleasant feeling of comfort and tranquility.

A mezzanine provides access to a reading and board game area.

In total: three bathrooms, four toilets, a large living room, and several air-conditioned lounge areas.

Garage for four to five motorcycles, six to eight bicycles, or one car.

Free baby service (travel cot with mattress and high chair). Free internet access, heating or air conditioning via heat pump in the living areas. Electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom.
