Definitely need a boardwalk to the beach. For older people it was very difficult to carry a chair and book to sit on the beach. I never saw any staff. There was no human contact. No friendly faces. The new text and checkin checkout system is not very customer friendly.

Hello Donna, We recently had all of that beautiful beach added in front of our facility through the More Beach to Love nourishment project! Unfortunately we have not yet had time to construct a walkover! Although many guests are happy with our new contactless check-in in light of the recent pandemic, we too miss seeing and interacting as much with our guests! We do hope to see you next time you come to the Outer Banks.
