The walks from the door were great. Had a lovely meal at the Red Lion pub. Really enjoyed our stay.
Peaceful & rural location with beautiful outlook over fields & hills, but just a 10 minute easy walk to village & the Red Lion (excellent evening meal 😋).
Cosy & comfortable stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rope Makers Croft. The croft is a short walk from Litton, where you'll find an excellent community-run shop and the superb Red Lion. The croft itself was perfect for us - there was plenty of space for two whilst still being cosy and warm (it was a chilly weekend!). The kitchen area is well equipped, the living area was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the rainforest shower. All in all superb. We are already looking at making a return booking.
Excellent stay in a great location, lots of nearby walking options. Would stay again.

Small but perfectly formed bijou cottage
Lovely tiny two roomed cottage plus bathroom. Very attentive and helpful host.
Lovely views. Only tiny downside is that it is right next to a large farm….

Farm Cottage in Lovely Village
Very relaxing cottage - village and local pub (Red Lion) were very nice and property was central to lots of different activities we had planned (Most within 10-20mins)
