The villa is delightfully positioned to offer you a blissful and rejuvenating retreat. With an optimum capacity to accommodate 12 individuals and a maximum ability to house 14, this villa is the perfect getaway for a large family affair, a group of friends, or a reunion.
Tucked within the heart of the stunning countryside, the villa boasts six spacious bedrooms offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Each room is thoughtfully designed and appointed with exceptional comfort, fostering an ambiance of pure indulgence and relaxation. The four bathrooms promise convenience and a seamless living experience.
For those who thrive in communal living, the villa houses two characterful living rooms. Each space is tastefully decorated to inspire intimate conversations, jovial laughter, and memorable moments. The villa extends an invitation to indulge, unwind, and relish our carefully curated spaces.
The villa and its pools are exclusively yours during your vacation. On the plot above the pool, you will find a lovely gazebo with an open view of the town Buzet and the surroundings. Outside BBQ area for enjoying evening dinners.

Located in the beautiful city of Buzet, Croatia, our apartment offers access to numerous attractions and activities. Known as the "City of Truffles," Buzet is famous for its gastronomy, particularly its truffles, which are a must-try delicacy when visiting. Just a short walk or drive from the apartment, you can immerse yourself in the rich history of the Old Town Buzet and explore its Venetian architecture.
For those looking for some relaxation, enjoy a dip in the Adriatic Sea on one of the beautiful beaches a short drive away, or simply sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views right from our apartment. Only 20 km away is Istralandia Aquapark offering loads of fun for kids.
From the villa, you can enjoy the view of Motovun, where the famous Motovun Film Festival takes place.
A few kilometers from the apartment, you'll find the smallest town in the world, Hum. Along the way, don't miss the opportunity to stop at the terracotta alley to taste some local spirits and regional wines.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the area around Buzet offers beautiful landscapes perfect for cycling, hiking, and paragliding.
