In summer, enjoy the fresh mountain air on hikes along well-marked trails or take the chairlift up the Storenos to experience the breathtaking views. For the more adventurous, there are mountain bike trails and anglers can enjoy fishing in the clear mountain lakes. In winter, Hovden transforms into a winter sports paradise with the largest ski area in southern Norway, offering both downhill slopes and groomed cross-country ski trails.
