Great little homely motel with exceptional staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights as we were going to the Bluesfest. Our room with a queen bed & 2 single beds had everything we needed. We arrived early & the lovely staff at reception got our room ready immediately so we could get in to get ready for the festival. All of the staff were so friendly & professional. We will definitely stay here again next time In Ballina. Highly recommend!!

The room was fine other than an ash tray full of cigarette butts on the balcony and no wash clothes. The freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough to make ice cubes. The triple room we had was nice and comfortable as were the beds.

Even though from the outside it looked like an old motel,The units had obviously been refurbished so was nice to have a nice clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable . Would stay there again for one night

A pleasant place for the night

We were checked in by a kind and welcoming gentleman. He allowed to pick our preference from 2 sers of keys when we requested for options. We loved our room with a little garden area and private terrace. Double walled doors so road noise was minimal. Very clean and had all the facilities promised. The Chinese restaurant next door is excellent by the way!

Close to town, RSL, River. Chinese next door. Beautiful clean rooms. Small pool to cool off in. Staff super nice. Such a easy check in and out. Was a great cheap little place to stay while travelling down the coast.

I had three rooms booked and all were excellent. The managers at the Motel were extremely good. I had an issue with a lock on my trailer and they found me a grinder to break the lock and put on a new one. Motel was within walking distance of the major clubs and town center. I would definitely stay there again.

Ok room for a night.

This was a last minute booking as we were driving down the coast and weren’t sure where we wanted to stay. This room was available so we took it. It appears that the office is unattended, so I called number, the manager answered, she was friendly and gave clear instructions on how to retrieve the key from the lock box… The room was clean and a decent size, we booked a room with a king bed which was comfortable, the sheets and towels were decent quality however the room had a damp smell and feel about. I ran the AC on dry mode all night to try and reduce the damp feel. It was an OK stay for the night..
