Cabin with mountain view

This very well equipment cabin has the most wonderful views. You can sit on the veranda and watch the sunset over the comeragh mountains.
Or from your bed if you are an early riser watch the sunrise.
You are constantly surrounded by nature where you have horses grazing in the field or our bird of prey the majestic buzzard swooping /gliding in the skies above you.
There is seating outside for the warm days where you can light the outdoor fire and maybe have a barbecue. Wood is provided for your stay.
The interior of the cabin is extremely cosy as this cabin is fully centrally heated by natural gas which gives you instant hot water on demand.
For a relaxing night in you have a television and if you are very lucky to have an account with netflix this you can view on the television. Also provided is a selection of books and some children's toys.

Country Getaway
Beautiful quiet farm away from hustle and bustle. Wake up to lovely landscapes and the comforting sounds of a farm. Barbara met us and was lovely and welcoming. We stayed two nights and had everything we needed. Barbara left us fresh eggs and bread along with juice fruit and milk for breakfast before headed out to explore. Two thumbs up all around.

Rest and relaxation at its best
Myself and 2 friends really enjoyed our weekend break at this lovely cabin that's set in a beautiful location The cabin was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. A very well equipped kitchen, it was lovely to see jams,butter bread,milk, eggs, orange juice, coffee sugar and tea plus fruit there for us when we arrived. The bathroom with shower that had towels, facecloths plus toiletries, The bed's where very comfortable. and a lovely porch to relax on at night or early morning. we where shown how to adjust the heating and water if we needed to. Barbara our hostess was just lovely, who advised us of places to eat and visit in the surrounding area, please take the time to read other reviews, this cabin is just what everyone says and a lot more. We booked it for a quick break. and quickly realised we should have booked a longer stay. We will be returning and recommending to others. The 5* rating honestly does not reflex just how good this Cabin,location and hostess is. Thank you Barbara you are a diamond.

Lovely cosy cabin in a rural setting, warm, comfortable, very clean with all essentials required for a short or long stay. The views are beautiful, the locals are delightful (horses, dogs, geese, ducks). Barbara was extremely helpful, great communication, friendly and accommodating. A short drive to local villages and Waterford city. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Amazing Place!
Barbara’s place is amazing! Beautiful views, spotless, cozy and well appointed. Our fridge was stocked with fresh farm eggs, butter, bread, milk, oj, jams and fresh fruit. She greeted us on arrival and asked if we had questions. Make sure to visit the Curraghmore Housr close to the property.
