Fabulous Villa 1 Block from Flamingo Beach

Villas Flamingo 7 is a 2 story Townhouse style condo on the south end of Flamingo Beach, approximately 200 yards from the front door to the white sands of the beach. The large swimming pool is a great place to meet your neighbors!
The first floor of the condo includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest bathroom. There is a comfortable fold-out sofa bed that can sleep 2 people and the bathroom on this floor is great for them because it is a full bath.
On the second floor you will find the guest bedroom with a queen and twin size beds and a private bathroom. As you continue on in the condo you enter the Master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, private bathroom and a balcony that offers sunsets over the Pacific Ocean!
Villas Flamingo 7 is the perfect place for any family or group of friends to spend their vacation!!

The place is very roomy and comfortable, with good AC in every room. The host Renee was extremely helpful and communicative. The location was perfect. An easy paved walk down to the beach just a few steps away. Flamingo beach is fabulous, one of the best in CR, with a few nice restaurants right on the beach, including Margaritaville resort, where we had a great breakfast. We also liked the short drive to Brasilito, a very affordable little town with good restaurants, gift shops, and easy access to Playa Conchal, which many regard as the #1 beach in CR. The staff was super friendly, and the pool was perfect. The only negative was the road to get to the entire area was surprisingly rough… lots of dirt, rocks, and even stream crossings. Your rental car will be dirty, but it will make it just fine. It’s also not to far from Tamarindo, which is a surprisingly big walkable town with even more great restaurants and lots to do. We found ourselves going there more than once. We will be back!

Perfect location

Brandon welcomed us at the front door when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. He went over the property details with us and gave us some hints of places to see and dine, we tried several and were not disappointed. The location was perfect for us, a very short walk to reach a beautiful Flamingo beach! Were met several of the other residents in the complex and all were very friendly. We alway felt very comfortable and safe.
