Four sale et certaines vaisselles pas nettes pas de serpillière pour nettoyer le sol. Pas de télévision alors que dans un camping nous en trouvons au moins une .Je pense que le propriétaire est là juste pour récupérer l'argent Voisin d'en haut bruyant Des longs cheveux sur le lit du clic-clac qui est inconfortable Franchement c'est honteux de louer ce studio la seule chose qui est bien vue sur mer et la personne d'interhome qui nous a remis les clés en avance à qui nous la remercions

Nous sommes arrivés, nous n'avons pas été informé sur le nom du bâtiment ni à quoi servent toutes les clefs en notre possession. Oublie de nous donner le cadenas pour le tennis ainsi que pour le local à vélo. Ménage à revoir ... ainsi que pas mal que choses de casser ...

Vue magnifique sur la mer
Point négatif : Couchage à revoir un divan BZ qui date de 15ans. Changer le plafonnier fendu pour la sécurité des locataires. Changer le Balai wc surtout en période de covid. Nettoyer les vitres. Point positif : vue magnifique sur la mer, cuisine bien équipée et propreté baignoire et lavabo très appréciable L acquisition d un divan clic clac avec un bon matelas serait appréciable surtout pour des personnes de 50ans et petite tv serait la bienvenue.

Studio moyennement vivable
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce studio et nous sommes que moyennement satisfaits. Une ampoule grillée à notre arrivée et pas de quoi la remplacer, pas de papier toilette, vaisselle pas très propre, literie déconseillée pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de dos. Studio mal insonorisé. Pas assez de rangements. Sinon, la vue est sympathique et le studio est dans l'ensemble fonctionnel
