Aussicht super

Super Aussicht auf Lugano und den See. Sehr ruhige Anlage mit tollem Pool. Leider war die Einrichtung schon Ă€lter. Das Seitenfach vom KĂŒhlschrank ist abgefallen und der Toilettensitz war sehr spartanisch. Aber insgesamt Top.

Einfache Wohnung

Sehr sympatischer und freundlicher Empfang bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Hat aber alles was man braucht. Der Duchvorhang dĂŒrfte mal ausgewechselt werden. Hat unten einen etwas unappetitlichen roten Rand vom Kalk. Auch die Sitzgruppe sieht schmuselig aus. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefĂŒhlt und waren von der tollen Aussich ĂŒber ganz Lugano und Umgebung begeistert.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse und Seeblick. Die Wohnung ist mit etwas veralteten Möbeln und Infrastruktur eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist aber zweckmÀssig und vollstÀndig eingerichtet. Schade, dass das Bett keine Doppelmatraze beinhaltete.

Bad, sowie gesamtes Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen.Terrassenmöbel total unbequem, leider eine alte nur bedingt funktionierende Liege vorhanden, ein Sonnenschirm wÀre empfehlenswert. Der Blick in das Tal ist wunderbar zu jeder Zeit!

Wohnung muss, um eine zeitgemĂ€ĂŸe Nutzung zu ermöglichen, dringend auf einen neueren Stand gebracht werden! z.b.: - kein Internet in der Wohnung möglich - weder ĂŒber LAN noch W-LAN - alter Röhrenfernseher ohne Zugang zu lokalen Sendern und nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸer BildqualitĂ€t - abgewohntes Mobiliar Absolute Pluspunkte: - hervorragender Vor-Ort-Service durch den SchlĂŒsselhalter!!! - grandiose Aussicht

Dringend RenovierungsbedĂŒrftig!

Alles ist sauber und prinzipiell funktionsfĂ€hig, der Service vor Ort (SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe etc.) hervorragend! Allerdings ist vieles in/an der Wohnung nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ. Dass man KĂŒche und Bad nicht alle paar Jahre dem neuesten Trend anpassen kann ist klar, jedoch lĂ€sst sich ein alter Röhren-TV mit separatem Sat-Receiver, der zudem keine italienischen oder schweizerischen TV-Sender empfĂ€ngt, leicht und kostengĂŒnstig durch einen modernen TV-EmpfĂ€nger ersetzen. Kein W-LAN in der Wohnung - Internetempfang nur ĂŒber Mobilfunknetz! FĂŒr 4 Erwachsene eher ungeeignet - Etagenbett und Doppelbett (sehr harte Matratzen, Ă€hnlich Holzpritsche!!!) in einem Raum! Immer wieder Geruch von kaltem Rauch aus dem offenem Kamin - je nach Wind und Wetterlage! Möbel teilweise abgewohnt - das ehemals schicke Ledermobiliar ist inzwischen speckig und wenig einladend! Mit ĂŒberschaubarem Aufwand lĂ€sst sich die Wohnung sicherlich aufhĂŒbschen. Vielleicht amortisieren sich die Kosten durch eine dann bessere Auslastung sogar recht schnell!
