COLON15 Family Home is the ideal home to share the best days of your life with all of you.



Located in the historic center of Cádiz, you will live like a Cadiz plus your day to day tapas in good nearby bars such as Destino, the Joselito seafood restaurant, located on the same street; visiting places as interesting as the Plaza San Juan de Dios, the Pópulo arch or the original cathedral of the city



As soon as you enter the house you will feel at home thanks to its warm decoration, its clarity, the comfortable sofas in the living room and its great WiFi connection.



The kitchen, with a small table to have a good coffee while you prepare everything you plan to do during your trip, is very well equipped with a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, sandwich maker, washing machine and everything. the kitchenware you can imagine.



Following it, you will reach the living-dining room that has a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a dining table.



Two of the three bedrooms have double beds. The other has two single beds. In addition, all have air conditioning and very large closets so that you can store all your things comfortably.

One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other with a bathtub, separate toilet and bidet.



Do not worry about bringing a hair dryer, iron for clothes, sheets or towels because you will find them upon arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom closet.

The house has access to the laundry area on the communal roof terrace so you can wash and hang out whenever you want.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

De verhuurmaatschappij Cadiz for Rentals was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en attent. Snel antwoord op vragen. Het appartement was ruim en goed ingericht. Van bijna alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige wat voor ons ontbrak was een droger omdat de luchtvochtigheid in oktober en november erg hoog was. De bedden waren voor ons iets aan de harde kant, maar we houden van hele zachte bedden. We hebben overigens er wel goed op geslapen.
