The modern bathroom features a shower with a glass screen, while the interior bedroom offers peace and rest, with a 1.50 x 2 meter bed, built-in wardrobe, and bedside tables, with ventilation to the building’s interior communal courtyard.

The apartment is fully accessible, with no stairs, and is equipped with central air conditioning for both cooling and heating, ensuring comfort all year round.

Access the building through its main entrance, fully accessible and step-free, which leads to a charming Cádiz-style hall/interior courtyard, from where the apartments are distributed across three floors.

To enjoy the sun and the views, guests have access to the 136 m² communal terrace/solarium on the third floor, equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and artificial grass, a perfect space to relax outdoors.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
