Apartamentos La BRUJULA de Cádiz are flats in a new building (August 2020) with all the qualities and benefits that this entails. Excellently located in the heart of Santa Maria, the birthplace of flamenco in the city, and surrounded by interesting places such as the Roman Theatre, Santa Maria Beach or the walls of Puertatierra and with excellent dining options in which to taste the best dishes such as Destino, La Fragua or Bodeguita de Plocia among many others located in the nearby street Plocia, gastronomic street of the city.



The flats can accommodate up to 4 people and the building has a lift. Moreover, as they are located in a semi-pedestrian street, you are assured of the best possible rest. They have an excellent WiFi connection with which you will not miss anything that happens in the world and with which you will be able to work remotely if you have to.



The 2 PENTHOUSES HAVE PRIVATE TERRACE.



The flats have a living-dining room with double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Modern and fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and ceramic hob. The bedrooms, also with air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings and en suite bathroom with shower.



Don't worry about bringing a hairdryer, iron, sheets and towels because you will find them on arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom wardrobe.

Winter in Cádiz!

The staff of Cádiz4Rentals are very friendly! They react immediately if you need them! Thank you. I stayed here for 6 months, january - June. In the winter months the airco does not give enough warmth! And it switches ítself off after a certain time. Nevertheless I liked the place very much. You are in the city centre and it is very quiet!

Brilliant Brujula apartment

Great little apartment - just right for 2 people. Great central location - about 20 minutes walk (or shorter) from everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Access is via passcode links etc. which caused me an issueI because I had problems with my network provider and roaming, so couldn't access the aprtment straight away. As it was Sunday I couldn't sort it out, but the Cadiz 4 staff were great and got us inside very quickly. For those not as Tech savvy - once inside there is a set of emergency keys that can be used instead. What can I say but,lovely apartment, great value. We will definitely be going back and would gladly recommend to anyone wanting ti visit Cadiz.

Great Stay & Loved Cadiz

We loved the condo it was everything as listed! I miss the church bells already. We explored Cadiz everyday & came back to the condo to relax. Now the construction next door is every weekday starting a little early but it was fine. If I could give a couple suggestions I would have liked a dish drying rack & towel; we wouldn’t have used the dishwasher. Also a small grill would have been lovely since there’s no oven. With motion sensor air conditioning makes it warm for the evening but most of the time you can open the windows & let the mosquitoes in haha. But that’s getting picky, we would stay here again the place is very clean & the rental group are very friendly & keep in touch!!

Great location for the apartment, close to shops, the beach, tourist attractions and railway station. Quiet neighbourhood which is always good. Apartment was clark with most facilities you would require. Even a kettle which is often missing in Spanish owned rental properties. Has aircon but that seemed to have a mind of its own, turn its self off or the temperature raised without any intervention. When it was on it was good. Biggest issue was the remote access to the building and apartment. I could not use the English language version of the app but fortunately the Spanish version was ok. Though this was not unique to me as on at least two occasions there were other people trying to get in for the first time and struggled. Maybe it is just too complicated system and the old fashioned key safe is better?

Très bien situé

À distance de marche de tous les points d'intérêt. On peut visiter, revenir à l'appartement se reposer, profiter de la terrasse et poursuivre la visite. De plus, les épiceries, restos, bars sont à proximité. Nous avons eu un excellent service avec l'équipe de cadiz4rentals. Adoucir l'éclairage, c'est tout !

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, en el centro pero la verdad no tuvimos problemas de ruidos ni nada. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, la terraza genial... La verdad es que si quieres cocinar en el apartamento es un problema, si lo haces tienes que tenerlo todo abierto y la campana extractora a tope, los detectores de humo son muy sensibles, a nosotros nos salto la alarma de incendios dos veces y eso creo que es un problema, todo el edificio se alarma. Tampoco dispone de horno, la ducha tragaba regular y hace un calor infernal en el baño...

Cádiz im Frühjahr

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und liegt ideal, um die Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Check in und Kommunikation waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen rund um schönen Aufenthalt. Man muss jedoch darauf gefasst sein, dass man nicht mit dem Auto bis an die Wohnung fahren kann.

Todo ha estado muy bien tal y como indicamos, pero lo más importante es que Zen, nuestra mascota, haya podido alojarse con nosotros, no sabéis lo importante que es. También quiero agradeceros la atención que habéis tenido durante nuestra estancia.

Una estancia muy agradable

El trato, la organización, la empresa se puso en contacto con nosotros antes de la llegada al apartamento para clarificar todo - lo que da confianza -, la transparencia en la comunicación, la facilidad con la que fue posible contactar con los representantes de la empresa ante un imprevisto personal, la atención y servicios prestados. Todo estuvo muy bien. Siempre se puede mejorar algo pero en esta ocasión no puedo decir nada importante porque sería injusto. Quizás poner algunas toallas extra en el armario? Un poco más de jabón en el baño? Un tendedero más nuevo? Nada importante realmente.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the very comfortable apartment. The check in app took a little getting used to and the renting agency were very helpful. My wife was not keen on the bright lighting throughout the apartment. She loved the terrace. Location was great.
