Renovated Apartment "Argüelles" in the Old Town Directly at the Sea

The Apartment Argüelles is located in the north of the popular coastal town Cádiz and enchants guests with its location in the historical old town directly on the sea. It is situated in a beautiful town house built in 1789, which was restored in 2008 and impresses visitors with its historic charm in combination with its ultra-modern furnishings. The light-flooded holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living-dining room with a natural stone arch, which leads to a fully-equipped kitchen. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television. From the 5 French balconies (one in the master bedroom, 3 in the living room, 1 in the smaller bedroom) you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay which is only a few meters from the house. You reach the next supermarket after 180 m or a 2-minute walk and a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the direct surroundings. Guests can walk to the city beach, Playa de la Caleta, in 18 minutes (or in 1.4 km).



Parking is available on the street. A larger car park is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
