House in the house beautiful bright maisonette apartment on 2 floors in which you can feel very comfortable in all seasons. Bright large apartment in the northern part of Cadzand-Bad - all rooms have a view of the dunes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The expansive dining-living area is equipped with a very large TV, stereo and internet access. The bedrooms are spacious, a bedroom with a new box spring bed one with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed. In the bathroom with shower is a washing machine ready, the toilet is separate.
In the outer area is a newly created cozy terrace. Due to the quiet and near the beach location of the house can be heard beautiful the sea.

Eigenaar contact was goed. Maar de eettafel was kapot, ik kon de gordijnen niet dichtmaken want er ontbrak een gordijn. De tv zou fijn zijn als op de Nederlandse zenders was afgestemd. Ik wist niet hoe dat moest. De Tv stond op Duitse zenders.

hübsche Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz!Selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen,echt ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Becher,Töpfe, Pfannen, sogar ordentlich scharfe Messer,einen Backofen, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer u. Wäscheklammern...Filterkaffeemaschine und Senseo, die erste Ladung Kaffee vorhanden. Echt klasse!Vermieter sind freundlich, antworten schnell.Sehr angenehme Kommunikation.Wir haben keine 500m bis zum Strand gehabt, das war klasse. Und der Strand und alles ist schön sauber.Leider haben wir keinen Haifischzahn am Strand gefunden, wie die örtliche Homepage wirbt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Strandlage

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, sie ist ausreichend groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, zudem sehr ruhig. Infos und Schlüsselübergabe waren perfekt organisiert. Beim Betreten der Wohnung war zwar eine grundsätzliche Sauberkeit der Küchenoberflächen erkennbar, der Boden jedoch eindeutig knirschig (nein, wir waren vorher nicht im Sand) und es gab ein gewisses Halloween-Gefühl in Sachen Spinnweben. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände bedürfen der Überholung, insbesondere der wunderschöne Eichentisch (Standsicherheit nicht mehr gegeben) . Die Außenanlage ist zweckmäßig und verbreitet etwas Mittelmeergefühl, eine gärtnerische Pflege würde ihr aber sehr gut tun.

Nach den Bewertungen die wir gelesen hatten, hatten wir uns auf eine schöne,saubere Wohnung gefreut.Um so entäuscher waren wir als wir ankamen.Sauberkeit : Ich habe noch nie eine so verschmiert geputzte Wohnung gesehen.Heizung: Schaltet nachts ganz aus, in der Woche um 7 und am Wochenende 8 Uhr wieder an. Dementsprechend kalt ist die Wohnung morgens bei Nachttemperaturen um 0 Grad. Wurde uns aber von dem Eigentümer nicht ehrlich gesagt.Wohnungseingangstür: Schloss defekt, war dem Eigentümer bekannt. Wir hatten mehrmals Bedenken,dass wir nicht in die Wohnung kämen.Auf unsere Frage, an wen wir uns vor Ort wenden könnten, bekamen wir keine Antwort. Es hat 7 Tage gedauert bis es ausgewechselt wurde.Schlüsselübergabe: Das man bei der Schlüsselübergabe den Schlüssel am Regenrohr aus dem Dreck puhlen muss, haben wir auch noch nicht erlebt.Darüber sollte sich jeder der die Wohnung mietet im klaren sein, es gibt vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner.Der Erholungswert unseres Urlaubs (10 Tage) hat sehr gelitten.

Kurztrip Cadzand-Bad im Apartment Brabander 79

Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich, haushaltstechnisch bestens ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und befindet sich fußläufig zum Meer, an dem man schöne Strand-Spaziergänge machen kann. Von dort aus sind Ausflüge per Auto in die niederländische Umgebung als auch nach Belgien (Gent, Brügge) sehr gut möglich und lohnenswert.

Niet gepoetst, kapotte lampen, de afvoer van de douche liep niet af, een wiebelend kraantje op het wasbakje van het toilet, dekbed met vlekken, de bovense slaapkamer bereikbaar via een vlizotrap en dan geen hekje boven rondom, je kunt gewoon in het donker naar beneden tuimelen. En dan wil de host achteraf nog kosten in rekening brengen voor schade die niet veroorzaakt is. Kortom waardeloos

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage

Wir waren mit unseren drei Töchtern (3,6 und 8 Jahre) im Urlaub. Wir fanden die Wohnung hell, sauber, gemütlich vor. Sie ist perfekt für eine Familie, auch falls mal 1-2 Erwachsene mehr dabei sind. Die Lage war ebenfalls genau richtig: verkehrsberuhigt und nah am Deich. Die Einrichtung war funktional, sauber und gepflegt und ausreichend für uns. Wir waren überrascht über Öl, Essig und Gewürze, Dinge, die nicht selbtsverständlich sind. Der Kontakt zu den Mietern war nett und die Antworten auf Fragen schnell. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

sehr schöne Urlaubswoche

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cadzand Bad, leider etwas kurz. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet und die Betten auch bequem. Einzig das Licht im Wohnzimmer war etwas dunkel zum Lesen (liegt an den eigentlich schönen Lampenschirmen, die wenig Licht durchlassen), die mitgebrachten Kopflampen haben geholfen :-) und draußen konnte man aufgrund fehlender bequemer Gartenmöbel leider auch nicht lesen. Ansonsten aber alles super!

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung

Cadzand war wie man es kennt: Ein Ort der absoluten Erholung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nach unserem Empfinden sehr großzügig für 4 Personen, aber auch mit 6 Personen kann man hier sicher einen tollen Aufenthalt genießen. Insgesamt war die Wohnung schön, gemütlich und hell. Am Strand ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß und man kann von hier tolle Radtouren starten. Sluis - eine wunderschöne Kleinstadt - ist ganz in der Nähe und wir lieben schon seit Jahren das Fischgeschäft, in dem wir faßt täglich einkaufen (mein Vater war dort schon vor über 40 Jahren zum Einkaufen). Für Kinder sind die Gegend und der Strand ein Traum. Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder in diese Wohnung.

Zweckmäßige Wohnung

Tolle Lage mit netten Strandpavillons. Die Wohnung ausreichend gross, aber sie ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas sauberer sein, die Grundhygiene war da, aber z.b.Krümel in der Besteckschublade, und in den Ecken sind aufgefallen. Super ausgestattet, um zu kochen. Die Schneidebrettchen könnten mal ausgewechselt werden. Die Dachbodenlucke fand ich auch nicht ganz ungefährlich.....eine Umrandund wäre sehr sinnvoll...sonst ist da einfach ein grosses Loch im Boden, da möchte man schlaftrunken nicht runterplumpsen....kinder würde ich da nicht unterbringen... Wir würden sie aber wieder buchen, da auch der Preis stimmt!

Würde wieder fahren

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind zu bemängeln. Es zum Beispiel nicht schön, die Vorräte der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank vorzufinden. Einige Geschirrtücher wären schon gewesen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung für uns vier plus Dackel völlig ausreichend. Schön wäre es, wenn zwei Liegestühle auf der kleinen Terasse zur Verfügung gestellt würden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte stets schnell und reibungslos. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, noch einmal hinzufahren.
