Das Ferienhaus war ausgestattet wie beschrieben, mit großem, voll eingezäuntem Garten was toll für unsere beiden Hunde war. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und in top Lage für Cadzand-Bad, Strand und Restaurants. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Nich gut fanden wir die gemieteten Handtuchpakete: die Handtücher waren sehr dünn und „flatterig“, da hätten wir mehr erwartet. Auch wenn die Buchung im Ergebnis geklappt hat, war die Kommunikation mit der „Agentur“ extrem schlecht und verwirrend: bereits deutlich vor Fälligkeit der zweiten Zahlrate habe ich Drohmails von Belvilla bekommen, dass meine Buchung storniert werde, wenn ich nicht umgehend die zweite Rate bezahlen würde. Gleichzeitig war die Information auf der FeWo-Buchungsseite, dass meine zweite Rate automatisch von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht werde. Eine echte Unterstützung habe ich weder von Fewo noch von Belvilla erhalten, da niemand die schlechte Informationslage auflösen konnte. Im Ergebnis habe ich eine schriftliche Bestätigung von Belvilla bekommen, dass sie selbst keine Abbuchungen tätigen würden und habe selbst überwiesen. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich mir gut überlegen, ob ich nochmal über die FeWo Seite ein Haus eines anderen Anbieters buchen werde, denn die schlechte Kommunikation /Informationslage hat mich extrem gestört.

Die Sauna war eine tolle Ergänzung nach einem Tag am nahegelegenen Strand von Cadzand Bad, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt war. Wir genossen auch ein paar morgendliche Ruderpartien vom privaten Steg aus. Der Garten war wunderschön gepflegt, und wir verbrachten viele entspannte Stunden in der Sonne. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Ons verblijf in de villa was absoluut geweldig! De ruime inrichting was perfect voor ons gezin en de kinderen waren dol op de Playstation 4! De sauna was een heerlijke verwennerij na een dagje op het nabijgelegen strand Cadzand Bad, dat op korte loopafstand ligt. We hebben ook genoten van een ochtendroeitocht vanaf de privé-aanlegsteiger. De tuin was prachtig onderhouden en we hebben urenlang in de zon gelegen. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te gaan!
