The room is quiet and comfortable and we spent minimal time at the hotel just to rest. However, the staffs from the lobby are wonderful. When I checked in the first night, there were multiple parties waiting in line but only 1 front desk receptionist. Aurelie never let her guest felt left out even there is a line up. Her attentive to the guests really shine through. She made it personal and really wants a good experience for her guests. If I ever come back to stay here, it will be because I know I will be totally taken care of because all their staff are fabulous.

4* quality, city centre hotel. Walkable to all parts of the city. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Limited basement parking for a fee.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting nearby towns, was nice, clean functional rooms, staff were lovely. Parking situation wasn’t great but they helped us figure it out. Great restaurants nearby!
