Welcome to Penmaen House, a delightful mid-terrace property nestled in the picturesque seaside village of Trefor on the Llŷn Peninsula. Upon arrival, step into the bright open plan living space, featuring comfortable sofas, Wi-Fi, and a TV in the lounge area. This leads into the dining area, where a table for six provides the perfect spot to share meals, play games, or simply enjoy each other’s company. At the rear of the property, the fully equipped kitchen boasts an electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine—everything you need for an easy self-catering stay.



Outside, the cosy private patio area offers a peaceful space to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine during the summer months.



Laid out over three floors, the first-floor hosts two well-appointed bedrooms: a double room and a super-king-size room, which can be converted to twin beds upon request. These are complemented by a modern family bathroom, complete with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. On the second floor, you’ll find the attic twin bedroom, ideal for younger guests. Please note that this room is accessed via paddle stairs and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
