Wonderful!

It was a great place to stay! Pool was wonderful! We had white faced monkeys in a couple days around the pool in the trees. Close to Puerto Veijo. Great trip!

Beautiful Oasis

This house exceeded our expectations. It was impeccable on arrival and had everything we needed. The backyard is a great place to relax in or out of the pool and watch the monkeys, agoutis, and birds passing through. Fantastic stay!!

Family Getaway

Visiting our daughter who is in college in San Jose. Came down to Cahuita for 3 lovely nights at Lilian Nature. Beautiful setting, tons of wildlife, nice pool. We spent a day in the Cahuita National Park, a day at Punta Uva and plenty of time lounging around the well equipped home.

Tranquil setting, impeccably clean, gracious host/manager

This home is stunning!! It was perfect for our family of four but had plenty of room if we would have brought a friend for the kids. We arrived to an immaculately clean home and while the home itself is gorgeous, the landscaping and private outdoor/pool space was magazine worthy! The only noise we heard from the neighbors came from the howler monkeys in the canopy above us, we loved that! The house had everything we needed to cook, clean and enjoy the space. We only had one small issue with the washing machine not working properly but Paulette brought us fresh towels whenever we needed them and also offered to our our laundry in a washing machine not far off site. We couldn’t be happier with all the help Paulette was from doing our laundry to answering all my touristy questions. Thank you for your kindness! We explored all the beaches from Cahuita to Manzanillo, what a beautiful slice of heaven. The Caribbean is truly magical- it’s a whole different vibe than the pacific and we really felt welcomed by everyone we met. We hope to return one day!

Perfect house in perfect location

Can’t say enough great things about the house and host. Perfect vacation in a wonderful house. Pictures don’t do it enough. We had the chef prepare a meal for us when we arrived which was amazing. Highly recommend the house for anyone traveling to the area.

Cahuita - Amazing Nature Experience

A touch of modern living amidst wondrous and well preserved rain forest. Location was perfect for access to local Caribbean nature attractions (white and black sand beaches, national park, cacao museum, sloth sanctuary), as well as to convenient groceries, bakery and restaurants.

Great property

2 couples, young 60's spending a 2nd week in CR. Reservation and communication was easy. Follow directions given and WAZE, easy to find. Manager Paulette met us at the house and showed us around. House is better than pics, bright, spacious, perfect for 2 couples, could possibly sleep 2 more. Grounds are what take this property over the top, in a quiet neighborhood, well landscaped and clean pool area. Take a raft to float in the pool. Plenty of outdoor seating. Kitchen big and functional, we made a meal everyday, found everything we needed utensil wise. Blender, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave. Spacious island to sit around. Bathrooms are spacious, beds were comfortable. Convenient to the local area for exploring. Beach 5 minutes away, you can hear the beach at night. Monkeys, birds and something that screams at night in the trees. Felt safe. Washer and dryer were a true blessing after being in CR for a week, I brought laundry pods. Cahuita 5 minutes away by car, didn't explore there until last day, beach, restaurants should have checked it out 1st. 10 minutes south is Talmanca (?) banks, nice grocery. Manzillo 20 minutes away, nice park and beautiful beach. Great areas to explore. All in all a great property and I would return. Caution, do not walk in and open the doors and windows, may not be bad when you are there but the bugs seemed to love coming in !! Take bug repellent, mostly for us at dusk. Sorry if this review appears disjointed am having computer issues and having to piece this together. Enjoy your trip if you go !!

Lovely modern digs

This is such a cool house. I would love to have this as my primary residence, not to mention a beach house! The design and layout is perfect. The six of us were totally comfortable both during play times as well as for sleeping. The bathrooms are amazing. and the pool area is just lovely. We also were thrilled with all the wildlife: agouti, toucans, even some snakes.

Modern Paradise

Would love to keep this hidden gem to myself, but it would be a disservice to the owner. The property is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located to explore the Carribean coast. Already planning my return!
