Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bright living spaces, a shared swimming pool, and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. It is ideal for families, groups, or couples looking to relax and enjoy the Costa Rican Caribbean.
**Villas Somnara** is an exclusive complex of private homes designed around a shared swimming pool. Each villa combines modern style with a Caribbean touch, offering privacy and comfort in a natural setting.
The house features two bright bedrooms, a cozy living room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for both short and long stays. The garden, with elevated walkways that resemble wood and growing tropical vegetation, brings freshness and harmony to the property.
Located in a safe residential neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, the villas are perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful environment, with the option to share common areas while maintaining the privacy of their own villa.
Guests have access to the **shared swimming pool**, the terraces surrounding the villas, the tropical garden with elevated walkways, and common relaxation areas. There is also a **rancho with a BBQ area**, equipped with chairs and a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors in a relaxed setting.
I am available to assist you during your stay between **8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (local time).**
We expect our guests to be independent and enjoy the home and its surroundings on their own. We provide all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, from access instructions to local recommendations.
Outside of support hours, we are not available. In case of emergency, please contact local authorities:

**Pets are not allowed.** We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the house in excellent condition for all our guests.
**Parties, events, or noise exceeding the volume of a normal conversation between two people are not allowed at any time.**
We recommend getting around by **car or bicycle**, as the area is very quiet and public transportation options are limited.
Due to **tax regulations from the Government of Costa Rica**, we kindly request an identification number (ID card, driverâs license, or passport) in order to issue the required electronic invoice. This has no tax implications for you as a guest. Thank you for your understanding!
House Rules
1. Online Check-in
To comply with current security regulations, online check-in through our official channel is required.
Guests may be asked to provide an image of their identification document and/or a selfie.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
3. Respect for Neighbors
This property is located in a residential area. Guests are expected to be respectful and considerate of the neighbors at all times.
4. Noise Policy
Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily.
Noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels at any time, in accordance with residential regulations in Costa Rica.
Loud music, parties, or any excessive noise are not allowed.
5. Parties and Events
Parties and events are not allowed.
6. Guest Limit
Only the number of guests included in the reservation is allowed on the property.
7. Damages and Alterations
Damages or alterations to the property are not permitted.
If this occurs, a report will be submitted to the relevant authorities and the full security deposit will be retained.
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Only certified service animals are permitted.
9. Pool and Garden Use
Urinating in the pool or gardens is strictly prohibited.
Fires are not allowed anywhere on the property.
10. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property and all items within it.
11. Property Security
The house must always be locked when leaving for the beach, dining out, shopping, or any other activity.
12. Energy Saving and Safety
Guests must turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill when they are not in use.
13. Substance Use
The use of narcotics or any substances that alter normal bodily, mental, or behavioral functions is strictly prohibited.
If this occurs, the Property Manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation and require the guest to leave immediately.
14. Keys
When guests are not inside the house, the keys must remain in the guest lockbox, with the code hidden.
In case of lost keys, a $150 fee will be charged for lock replacement.
15. Additional Services
All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, tours, private chef services, etc.) must be paid at the time the service is requested.
