The overall look of the hotel is OK. The service was fine. Negative: the facilities seem very old. At first hand, nothing seems to work fine. My A/C had to be repaired, the water heater had to be reset by myself and never seemed to work at full capacity, the wifi had to be manually entered in my phone by a staff member. The soap and shampoo bottles looked dirty and previously used. One of those bottles even had red paint marks. Also, almost everyone is expecting tips from you. I understand the tipping culture, specially when salaries are very low. But I ended up feeling like a walking ATM all the time :/ . Positive: the staff was friendly during my stay. They gave water bottles for free whenever you were seated in the terrace. The look from the hotel is amazing. The food is very good. They offer free shuttle from the airport from the hotel. But a drop of to the airport is not free. Uou need to pay around $30 plus tips to get from the hotel to the airport.

was very disappointed with the person i checked in. I booked a suite and he gave me a basic room with a pyramid view. Because I was very exhausted from my flight, i didn't realize the next day that I booked a suite with a pyramid view. I told him how I felt and how disappointed i was, that he lied to me and put me to basic room when I fully paid for the suite room. I don't really appreciate how he misled me . He can't be trusted, and he brings down the hotel reputation and dignity. My advice is to make sure you always check what you pay for. We are tourists working hard to earn our money, and we don't tolerate customers' abuse and scams. Overall, the rooftop view is amazing. The restaurant is good service. Do i recommend this place? Absolutely, even though I was scam for a day. Just always pay attention to what you paid for. Also, the transfer shuttle that is on the advertisement is also a lie. Did I get the room I booked for ? Yes, but the trust is not there anymore .

Good value for the price. The good. The view from the rooftop hotel was amazing; the staff was all friendly, helpful, kind and always willing to resolve any issues that came up. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned every day and breakfast was good. The bad. The shower pressure was terrible. The ugly. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, they switched us to another room and it smelled the same, not much to do in that case, we just had to put up with it. But they were very good about letting us switch rooms. Overall, great value for the money, really what you’re paying for is literally seeing the pyramids from your hotel room window, and that view is priceless.l I would recommend this to travelers who are ok with staying in places that are not 5-star hotels. Everything in the area is about the same. If you’re looking for luxury, stay in Cairo at a chain hotel.

Do not hesitate to stay here. The view is unsurpassable. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Achmed was amazing to my mother and myself. The restaurant upstairs is good. The hotel was under a little renovation, but that’s okay. They are making improvements. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was very plentiful. You only need 1 day here in Cairo and the pyramids. Spend your time in Luxor and Aswan.

The staff at this hotel made me feel like family. EVERYONE was so helpful. Samir really took care of me, Thank you brother. I booked tours with him and my driver, Abdul, was knowledgeable, witty and patient. The view of the Sphinx and Pyramids was unparalleled. Breakfast was wonderful on the rooftop patio. Dinner was wonderful as well. I hope to return to this hotel someday.

My room had stained/dirty pillow, broken basin tap, leaking bidet sprayer tap with a large puddle of water on the floor. No light switches near beds. No windows. Very poor communication: they check the messages once a day at around 1am therefore if you have problems you can't rely on them. If you stay less than 3 days the shuttle service to/from the airport is 30usd each way. You pay less money using Uber or a taxi. The missing window was somehow positive because of the stench around the area due to the camels and horses parked outside the hotel and the loud noises around. The only positive notes are: Stunning view from the large terrace, the location just opposite the entrance to the pyramids an the courtesy of the staff.

The only thing good about the hotel was the roof top pyramid views. It is a great location right infront of the pyramids. They had a decent morning breakfast and really good cappuccino to offer. The area around the hotel was loaded with horse poop and the smell was unbearable. The hotel staff was very friendly. The night time construction and the drilling noise was a nuisance. (Which is ofcourse not in the property's control) The rooms were fine and clean but the bathrooms were a disaster. Everything was leaking with a broken muslim shower. There was no seperate hand soap only body wash that we used as hand wash. The place around the hotel felt safe as you could see huge police present.

The view of the Pyramids from this property was fantastic. The staff was great! We really enjoyed the rooftop view that allowed us to see the pyramids. However, the area was not great. Each day you exit the building there are a multitude of people including children begging you for money. They follow you the while you’re walking the entire time. It really feels like harassment. A group of people got into a fight and we saw it from our room.
