The shuttle bus driver drives way to fast and he would honk at other drives to get out of the way even though he was only driving a short distance. They say that they have tours to the Pyramids and the Museum, but they only offer the ride there and back at ridiculous prices. The prices are over priced and cost over 200% of what a regular taxi or Uber would cost. Then the driver takes you to his friends where they also over charge for everything that they want to sell you. Including the Pyramid tours and entry fees. It’s a major rip-off. The rooms are a little tight but ok. The shower has no door so water gets everywhere. The exhaust fan is not working or does not have one, and the shower steam makes everything wet in the bathroom and it takes all day to air out and dry. The food was the best thing there. We only had in room service and it was very good. We tried different foods and they were all very good.

Beautiful place! The hotel room was very well equipped. We had a problem with door key which was fixed within 10 minutes. The staff is very nice and helpful. The housekeeping offered me a water bottle as we were waiting to have the door lock fixed which was a nice gesture if I ever visit Egypt, I would love to stay at this place. Excellent service.
