The room, floor lovely, the shawer i love it, however, sometimes the domestic forget to switched on, as the result, so. Cold, ppl complain include me, The pillow is to hard. Gives you uncomfortables. Otherwise the staff so helpfull, specifically Amir the hotel Manager his so friendly. Even night shift. Am happy with my chioses. Thank you Expedia as well Am happy with my chioce. Rhan you i will go back again

Good

Amazing staff, good location and a clean room. The problems were that is a 5th-floor and the elevator never worked (the good note is that they lift my bags up). Also, the water temperature in the shower was changing all the time. But if the elevator works and the water temperature is stable, I totally recommend it.

Rude Experience

Area was great. Right by Tahrir Square... I checked in for a week. After a few days they moved me to a dingle room. I was ok because I was solo... but then the front desk manager wanted me to switch hotels... I tried to help out. But really.... if you want to move someone, at least make it a nicer hotel with better amenities! Really, how rude of him. Always asking me what I was doing with all my luggage. Other workers were very nice and helpful. The manager or supervisor treated me very disrespectful. Later I saw him moving a different guest. Horrible entrance, hotel located on 4th floor. Room was very large, bathroom nice and clean!

Downtown on a Budget

This is the 2nd time I stayed here. The rooms are great for the price. WiFi was great, bathroom was updated. It’s on the fourth floor, but close to everything downtown. The Man at reception, Fathy, was so helpful and very nice. Everyone was great.

Nincs ablak, illetve el van takarva. A lift egész éjszaka csilingel, a fürdőszoba rendben volt. A légkondi és a TV nem működött, szellőztetni csak a folyosó felöl lehetett.

처음 호텔을 찾아 들어섰을 때의 충격은 아차! 속았구나!! 였다. 추락할 것 같은 엘리베이터에 집사람은 무섭다고 했다. 그런데 이용해보니 화장실과 타올 청결만 보완되면 이만한 위치에 이런 저렴한 호텔이 있다는게 신기할 정도로 괜찮다. 그래서 다시 찾아 2박을 하게되었다. 젊은 종업원들도 친절하고 좋다. 저렴한 호텔을 찾는다면 이만한 가성비 지닌 호텔도 별로 없을듯 하다.
