Pour être honnête, l'hôtel en lui même, et correct, vu le prix, clim qui fonctionne, wc et douche dans la chambre 👍. Le personnel agréable et au petit soins, mais attention, bien demandé les prix car pas de prix affichés pour la restauration en haut, c'est un peu a la tête du client, on ma fait payer 200 livre égyptienne un pepsi, et après renseignement, c'est en fait 150!, A part ça, de bon service de voiture et guide proposé. La vue sur la terrasse est comme dans un film, a coupé le souffle 😍.

Great view but very noisy, bring earplugs if you want to enjoy the night. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it comes at a cost: they charged 10 TIMES the Uber price when we asked them to organize a taxi for us.

Rooms are really small. No safety deposit boxes in the rooms. However, We like how most of the staff interact with us. They are polite. Having said that, there are a few incidents where they failed to keep their commitments/promises to us. A couple of examples; we purchased all our tours with them. One of our tours is ac3 hour travel to the city of Alexandria. They promise us a van since there is 6 of us. But to our disappointment, they gave us a small SUV which made our travel very uncomfortable as 6 people a driver and a tour guide cramp inside this small vehicle. Secondly, they promise to prepare our packed breakfast to bring with us to the airport since we are leaving early. Instead, no one prepared our breakfast. The night before they promise to include in our packed breakfast. boiled egg, laughing cow cheese, bread with cheese, strawberry jams, etc. and a hot coffee before we leave. But it’s just an empty promise. They send us an apology through email and what’s up. But we know that they don’t meant it.

Mahmoud and the staff were very accommodating. The facilities were clean and in good order. The room was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The area around the hotel is somewhat complicated, so it was difficult to find the entrance to the property at first attempt. I would recommend this hotel for another stay.

We arrived at the hotel after a late flight with a great start... We had an excellent driver collect us and when we checked in we were shown to our room and taken upstairs for a complementary drink on the rooftop with an amazing view of the pyramids. Shortly after going to our room in 36-40° summer temps the power shut down so the heat was terrible and kept shutting off during our stay, the wifi also kept shutting off and even when the power was on was mostly not working. The water was shut off the entire day we stayed and there was no communication from the staff on how long it would be before it was fixed. Resturant didnt display prices and charged 3x what you would have paid anywhere else. Wouldn't stay again.

Loved the room and the staff. The street is right beside the pyramids which has pros and cons. The smell of the camels and horses living on the street are the cons. The roof top doesn't have a fully operational restaurant and is not enclosed for air conditioning. That would be a good modification. We couldn't stay up there for more than 5 minutes it's so hot. But our family room was lovely and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

This is a great budget hotel for the price. Note you pay for food and drink at 1st world hotel prices, so plan accordingly. Housekeeping is extra and upon request. However, it has the best view of the Spinx and pyramids and the gate to the Giza complex is a short 5-minute walk through child hawkers selling Knick knacks and tour touters selling packages. Everyone is trying to sell you something so prepare yourself for that too. Ask the hotel manager Ahmed to make some tour arrangements for you but go to GetYourGuide first to get a sense of the prices. We had a great guide through the hotel, Islam, very knowledgeable and charismatic. He’s well travelled too so can draw lots of comparisons for you. We went to the bazaar in old Cairo and then to the Grand Museum. Timed everything well. The hotel itself is very clean but the street itself has camels going up and down all day and there is a couple local butchers nearby with live chickens. Remember you’re not in Kansas anymore! Meat doesn’t come on styrofoam trays and camels are live animals! Go to the main street to find sodas and snacks. The seller next door to the hotel has steep foreigner prices. Regarding some of the lower ratings you will find on the hotel, I think people had some unrealistic expectations for a budget travel hotel. It’s clean, safe, and the AC works fantastic. But manage your expectations for the price you pay, be realistic. And smile at the staff, they are kind people.

While the hotel's surroundings may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, it boasts an unparalleled perspective of the pyramids. Mr. Ahmed's service was excellent, and the drivers who picked me up at the airport were very attentive. The tours they arranged for me were exceptional. I am very pleased with the experience I had. I strongly recommend it.

The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The service was remarkable. 1) Airport pickup by an incredible personal driver, Fero. 2) Excellent breakfast and lunch cooked by Sultan, my go to help for everything Egypt. Sultan's primary priority is to make sure your stay in the hotel and in Egypt is your best experience ever, and he did a great job! 3) I was able to book all my tours through the hotel (Nile Cruise, visited all Pyramids, a day trip to Alexandria, and a visit to Egyptian Grand Museum all of which joined by your personal exceptional Egyptologist, Alaa). The hotel takes care of everything for an incredibly low price (I kept wondering how in the world are they turning a profit). Lastly, the location is your best option if you want great service, a friendly and helpful staff, good food, and a great view of the Pyramids from your hotel's restaurant roof deck (I attached pictures). As a bonus, KFC and Pizza Hut are only a 4 mins walk from the hotel. Pyramids On the Spot Hotel made my trip to Egypt one of my most memorable (and I already visited 4 other ancient monuments in Beijing , Rome, UK, and the US ). Five star hotel for an incredibly low price.

Points forts : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement
ピラミッドエリア出口のすぐ目の前なので、ピラミッド見学で脱水ぎみになっても、すぐホテルで休めます。 2人で2泊なのに、トイレットペーパーがなくなりかけの1つしかなく、案の定なくなりました。（補充はしてくれます） シャワーもお湯の出し方が違うのかもしれませんが、出せず。 ただ、23時過ぎに到着する飛行機でも迎えにきてきてくれてありがたかったです。 早朝出発の日もお弁当を買ってきてくれました。 目の前にピラミッドとスフィンクスがみえて、総じて良かったです。
