Do not book this place!!!

Host cancelled 1 hour prior to checkin, it was an INSTANT APPROVAL PLACE TOO!!!! after mega attempts to contact host he finally sends me a sheepish email and lies and says he never got an email from VRBO. Took my money right away and I am not allowed to cancel if forfeit ALL THE MONEY? Yet host can do this? I was stuck in Calgary with no place to stay and it was Stsmpede time so ALL HOTELS WERE TRIPLE COST!!!! Terrible service and terrible host. Shame on both!!!!
