The staff and the hotel itself superb

Pros: the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean
Cons: the sauna at the roof top should be opened 24 hours specially for those people who just stay there at night..
Location: its very close to the airport
the staff and hotel itself was superb but the hotel deposit they charged wasnt returned at all...it has been already more than a month now...

Underwhelmed

After arriving late in the evening after a long day of work and travel, we find the hotel restaurant closed at 11 pm and no room service available. The guy at the front desk was no help in suggesting places to go for food and the hotel is in the middle of a wasteland. We go to our room and find the room with no hot water. We get moved to another room that wasn't as nice without the fancy shower and bathtub that was advertised. The rooms are nice, but the crazy amount of construction noise early in the morning wasn't appreciated. Not sure if I'd go back, maybe it'll be better after the place is finished being built. Would have been nice to know it was under construction when I booked it.

Clean, modern and welcoming

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: no breakfast included
Convenient to the Calgary airport, this hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Room amenities are excellent. The spa shower system in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Even though it is very close to the airport, the room was soundproofed well so that this was not a problem. The rooftop hottub was a special treat. The restaurant that is beside the hotel had good Italian food.

The surrounding area smelled like cow manure when we pulled in and the hotel staff said that the smell is common in the area. The hotel is in an industry area so when you see it after being in Banff all week it’s kinda disappointing. The hotel room was modern but slightly tired. The shower was an amazing rainfall shower with six additional heads. Nice surprise. The bathroom drain filled up to the top by the time I brushed my teeth and the tub drain didn’t drain the water fast enough either. But it was a good location before an early flight out. Decently clean and nice enough for one night.

Pros: Very close to airport
Cons: The A/C and heater was very noisy, came on and had an erratic hum and buzz, could not fix it. Hard to sleep.
Location: Very close and convenient to the airpot
Good, very close to airport. Should have had a refrigerator in the room.

Great Place

Pros: Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the shuttle that quickly picked us up at the airport to the shuttle that retuned us to the airport and all in between. There is an excellent Italian Restaurant on-site which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very convenient. We stayed 2 nights, one before our trip to Banff and one after. Management and staff were very accommodating.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Clean, quiet, accommodating.
Location: The hotel is in a light industrial/warehouse area, so no shopping, but the Calgary Airport (5 mins away) has a mini-mall and lots of restaurants.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Cons: Would be nice to have a breakfast at least available. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel but their breakfast options are limited.
Location: Not much to do nearby, however there is a bus stop across the street.
Stayed their one night each at the end and beginning of our trip. Nice, quiet hotel. Free airport shuttle, wifi, and cable tv. No breakfast included.
