The staff are very kind and supportive. The hotel is located very close to the university of Calgary. It is very quiet and the rooms are comfortable. There is also parking available underground.

Took off one star because of insufficiency of on site parking, which appears to be a constant issue. Hotel is otherwise clean and modern, with small but well designed rooms. Located in a safe area with plenty of food options.

Great location and good for a short stay. The hallway can be quite noisy and the doors slam shut. The rim itself was comfortable but my only complaint would be the pillows. They deflate and are completely flat when you lie on them!

Check-in/checkout was quick and efficient. Cable TV was not working throughout most of the trip. My only real annoyance was that the wifi or cell signal in the underground basement is so poor that the EV charging app doesn’t work properly. You need to go upstairs to the lobby where the signal is better in order to properly access the app. Luckily another person with an EV vehicle informed me of this problem. He also spent about half an hour downstairs trying to access the app the day prior. Unless this is an isolated incident, the hotel staff should enlighten their guests to this issue.
