The hotel was lovely, the room perfect, the staff excellent, the only blip we had was the noise the young hockey players and their parents made during their stay over the weekend. Apparently many/most other hotels across Canada also have this blip during the hockey season from Sept to April. At least our hotel didn't seem as bad as our family members hotel where they had 5 hockey teams staying over the weekend.

Although the staff and facilities were good, there was a dried stain/smear on a bedsheet. We were able to remove the sheet and adjust with the cover directly on top. Minor issues that was a surprise in an otherwise good facility. Breakfast was very good.

Such a great hotel and wonderful staff. We'd loved our stay here. I just wish they had moved faster to fix the hot tub - we were at the hotel for 9 days and no hot tub was disappointing.

The room was very comfortable. The included full buffet breakfast was excellent and the restaurant had an interesting menu. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was professional. We had a great experience.
