The rooms were adequate. They were clean. Staff were kind. The parking is kind of ridiculous. You have to be a member or pay 10 dollars to park underground. When you park above ground there is only one entry into the hotel so if your around back its inconvenient. Thats the only real complaint.

We came for a family function for the weekend. We slept well, bedding was comfortable, bathroom was clean, staff were friendly. Our kids were impressed with the breakfast options. We definitely will stay here again in the future if we are in the area.

A good older hotel, nothing to complain about except a noisy fan in the heating unit, we had to unplug it. Very good, rich breakfast, very good service. This stay was worth every cent we paid.

The hotel is really nice... great hot tub and the layout is nice. It is super convenient with Crowchild Dr. right there and the University district so close. The drawback was that we booked for 3 adults in one room on expedia and paid on expedia and when we arrived at the hotel they tried to make us pay for the extra adult. The only way that the front desk clerk would let us not pay for the extra adult (which we'd clearly stated and paid for via Expedia) was to sign up for the Best Western rewards program. This was so disappointing. The staff person at the bar in the restaurant in the evening was grumpy and it was our mission to try to make her at least smile..... we weren't successful. ๐Ÿ˜’
