The room we had was between the pool and outdoors was very loud till 1030pm and again early in the morning. 5 am with vehicles and equipment outdoors. The worst part was we had to keep the bathroom door closed as the sewer smell from the bathroom was terrible. We needed a luggage rack to load for leaving but the hotel couldn’t find the “one” they had. One! I was unable to help for medical reasons so my wife had to make 5 trips all the way to the basement to put our stuff in the car. Breakfast was ok and restaurant was average for $200 per night I would expect way more.

Its a 5 store location and if a Best Western member you get underground parking. Being a bigger place the breakfast area is BIG and can be busy.

There was construction happening and the front drive was congested Front desk staff were all top notch and the room was perfect for our needs except a magnifying mirror might be helpful The breakfast was very good and the restaurant roof was very good

Lovely Inn

The hotel was beautiful, nice decor, friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms. We loved our stay! The included breakfast was amazing!! Upon arrival we had a late dinner in the Rockies Bar and Grill. The service was terrible, we were rushed, not asked if we wanted another beverage, not asked if we would like dessert, and the food was not great.

Rooms were quiet, but the carpet in our room wasn't vaccumed very well. I found a women's eyelash our carpet! I gave it to the front desk. Was very disgusted with finding it! The disposable 'hot beverage' cups should NOT be in the room! Especially when there is a microwave in the room! The printing on the disposable cups is very small and when you have seniors staying there, they can't see the symbol or are able to read. Luckily we were there and stopped a potential fire that almost started!! There should be porcelain mugs in the guests room. The restaurant food wasn't too bad, but making sure that the ketchup condiments packages aren't already open should be inspected before giving them to the customer! Was very disappointed when found for our food. The front staff were all great, cleaning staff were good but not consistent on their keeping things in order. I do understand that the cleaning staff have trainees, so hopefully this will help in their trainee sessions. Having an elderly parent, it was very hard to keep her calm when things weren't as we arrived.
