Staff are friendly, housing keeping doing good job on every detail. Hotel room is clean, facility relatively new, walk distance to a plaza contents T&T and certain restaurants options.

Busy area of the city. We used google maps as the address took us to the back entrance (unlabelled) through a series of parking lots that had me concerned we were in the wrong place. The concierge on check in gave minimal information- not much of a customer service person. Explained nothing about checkout. Unit was compact and adequate for pre-departure stay before flying.

Suffering a bit for restaurant staff and maintenance it seems. Pool area needs cleaned, is not checked regularly, shower in womens change room was broken. Have stayed here before , seems to have declined a bit. Several breweries and a cider place within walking distance is a nice bonus.
