Breakfast is not included which is fine since the area has lots of dining options. It is easy access to highway 1. The downside is the pool has no slides for kids to play just like other hotels that we went too. It is just plain pool.

No service at all! When I check in I felt like being ignored. And the staff was not welcoming at all. She didn't introduce anything about this hotel to me, not about the pool the breakfast not a single word. I don't know what happened to her on that day but she just not welcoming me at all! She only answered the certain questions I asked and that was it! Then I guess the bed of the room was too old! It offered no support at all! Once I lied on it, it just dropped down. It gave me no good sleep at all but a bad waist sore. And it was an executive king bed! I had only 3 hours of sleep I guess. Anyway. This was the worst stay ever!

My card pin was blocked and I was unable to pay. I requested interac tap as the transaction was well within my card tap limit. This was rejected by the staff. I asked to authorize my credit card, which we had to resort to last time we booked here. The staff told me to call my bank support instead. After the bank told me there was nothing they could do, the staff finally offered to fill an authorization form for our payment.... We wasted thirty minutes on this while we were in a rush to make another event. There was no apology nor any offer to make up the lost time.
