Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Basic accommodation. Location great, we were lucky with parking but not guaranteed. Even with windows open we were cooking on top level of house & had no control of same. Two washrooms advertised but only one had hot water to shower, therefore bath unusable. Minimal kitchen supplies. Cleanliness & state of apartment I’ve seen better.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
All the things wrong….smelly, dirty, greasy, dusty. No dish rags or tea towels in the kitchen. Dirty wet cleaning rags on the closet floor. Hair in the bath tub and washroom drawers. Curtains and blinds that don’t work. Patio door windows completely filthy. An old mattress left out on the deck. The side sidewalk is all ripped up with a bunch of noisy construction happening. No this is no gem. All the homes around it are, but not this one.

We had a good visit, and the location is terrific -- easy walk to downtown and the park. However, the living room had only one comfortable chair, and we had to deal with some basic maintenance issues: hairball in a shower drain, filthy filter in the dishwasher (suprised it drained at all), and the coffeemaker had to be cleaned before we could use it.
