Great stay great place nice touches. However no human contact on phone or anything on assistance. They rely on email. Some times they get back to you but very slowly. Other times no response
The property was not at the listed address, it was two properties over. The apartment did not have city views, it was ground floor and people on the street could look right in.
The traffic noise woke us up each morning.
There was exposed wiring in the baseboards which I have photos of.
The sofa was tatty, covering peeling off.
Their 3rd party booking system was problematic. When we arrived they still hadnât sent me the confirmation email, even though I had completed all authorisation and security deposit steps. I had to call their help desk, which took about 10 attempts. Once i finally got through, help desk were very helpful, thankfully.

Working through the Corporate Stays America system was a pain. Providing your CC multiple times, issues with validation...almost was not able to access the entry instructions; saving grace was the customer service rep that bypassed things to get my CC charged so the system would allow access. Way too much headache - I'll just stay at an actual hotel or home-share at that point. The unit itself was clean, but very little support and care was put into the unit. All the fixtures and furniture looked to be what was in their last rental home, just covered with a new blanket. The apartment complex itself was well kept enough, up until you got to the CSA unit, where the space was not vacuum, cleaned, or kept up outside the entry. Super bare minimum of effort to outfit the space - every surface, short of the dining table, was just a TV tray table. I would not advise using this service.
