HOUSE RULES

Utilities & Equipment Maintenance:
○ Complete a walkthrough around the unit after check-in, to verify everything is functional (this protects both you and us from issues that may arise)
○ Anyone found tampering with safety devices/equipment in our units will be warned only ONCE through text (we are notified when unplugged, moved, etc.). 2nd notification will be a call from us directly, and 3rd offence will be asked to leave.
○ Any damaged utilities or equipment will be subject to fees, we do our best to ensure everything is functional before your stay so please maintain our lovely home thank you

Smoking:
○ Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in this building.
○ There is a $250CAD fine if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from a unit per condo by law and fine policy.

Shoes:
○ No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home.

Quiet hours:
○ 11 pm to 7 am (this is a residential building)
○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction.
○ Keep noise under 80db
○ We have a noise detector

No parties:
○ Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music but events for work or meetings are allowed .

Lost FOB:
○ Guest will be charged $250 per lost Fob

○ Please exercise caution on the balcony
○ All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony.
