There was a domestic violent argument in the room across from me. Screaming. Her saying “stop you’re hurting me”. Like screaming I’ve never heard. Phone front desk to report and recommended they call police. 2 young girls come up from front desk (not even in hotel uniforms so no clue they’re staff and highly inexperienced). They never called the cops. It went on from 1-5am! I had to phone them again. No answer at front desk. So walked down. The guy kept coming into the building and they never stopped him from having access. They never checked on her well being the next morning. They NEVER called the cops! I’ve never seen anything like it on the immaturity to not have the ability to know what the right this is to do! Don’t get me started on the poor valet service. No one knowing where cars are or even other items left checked with them. Parking is expensive and only option is their valet service or walk for blocks. Valet was $33.50/night. The check in is not on the main floor but rather 2nd floor. Security concern for evenings. Loud partying streets. The rooms sit empty for I while I think as there was a lot of dust on furniture. II highly discourage staying for your safety. They lack leadership and experience staff. All staff was walking around like a chicken with their head cutoff not sure of policies or rules. It’s as though Marriott uses this place for the newbies to fend for themselves

Super great value hotel in downtown!

We loved our stay at Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Got a free upgrade to the suite which is super handy as we were traveling with a toddler. Every single staff member who helped us during our stay were so friendly and helpful, it does feel like they like working there! The complimentary breakfast is so good, lots of variety even a waffle maker! The room is spacious, clean and bright with ample natural light. Very enjoyable. It’s also located so close to downtown we walked most days, it’s super convenient.

There was a bedbug in our bed. The valet service is unorganized and it was a waste of 37 dollars for it. Wouldn’t stay there ever again even if it was offered for free.
