We have mixed reviews on this hotel:
The negative: there was only valet parking when it said there was also self parking available, we booked a king size bed & got a queen, we had issues with our card key, our room had a light scent of curry all throughout it & the breakfast included was inedible for us.
The positive: the staff were SO friendly & helpful! The location of the hotel was amazing; we could see the Calgary Tower from our room window, which was awesome & it was only a $6.00 cab ride to the stampede. The room & hotel were clean and tidy as well.

Clean room, soft beds, very cosy space. We also liked the breakfast menu and the fact it was included.

try calling ahead to cancel my booking but can’t even get someone to answer the phone just keep on connecting me to an answering service? Just lost my money like that. Very disappointed ☹️.

The hotel staff was amazing. The valet was always prompt. The breakfast was substantial. I highly recommend this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance.
