Rooms were very clean but on the dark side if you need to do work or study. The bed was amazing and comfortable. I was highly disappointed that the hot tub and also the breakfast/lunch options were all down. You could eat supper in the restaurant but not breakfast or lunch. However if you needed anything like fresh towels etc they were on it.

When my daughter went to pull down the blind before bed. The chain just came off and we hand to manually pull it down. There was no toiletry kit. when I called down for a shower cap they told me that the elevators were not working so they were unsure how long it would be for them to deliver. They still had not delivered it before we checked out over an hour after my request. When we arrived at home in the evening, I noticed a $100 charge to my credit card. The room was spacious and the team at the desk were welcoming but beyond that, it was disappointing. No breakfast, someone should have made a better effort with the cap and the night shade chain was not secure. I’m sure that was the extra charge. I would suggest ensuring your maintenance is up to date before the High times of travelers. It could have been a much better stay.
