To be fair, there were not many options in the area for us to stay, and this hotel was perfectly adequate. The front desk staff would not have been out of place in a Fairmont... the room cleaning staff were charming. Now I'm going to get snobby, lol. I'm not a fan of continental or free for all breakfasts... too many people in too small a place, does not make for a relaxing experience. I think there is an opportunity for the restaurant to open the "other side" for a la carte breakfast for people willing to pay for the service. On the whole, nice, reasonably priced hotel, well located... but I'll be back at the Fairmont on my next trip.

It was clean and well kept overall, had to use separate entrance as main elevator was down. Entry into building at second entrance difficult with luggage cart due to raised lip at door. Elevator closed on my daughter who was on crutches as sensor did not appear to work properly.
