This is a one of the 3 bedrooms with shared bathroom.The whole house is remodeled, fluffy carpet make you feel comfortable like baby. Brand new Vynle flooring and painting. Location is very convenient, 2 minutes to high way; 5 mins to all kind of restaurant, 5 mins to costco and supermarket, 10mins to downtown , UC, airport. Great location for newcomers. 60 mins to Banff park. 40 mins to Canmore. * Pet free, smoke free, party free, visitor free.
