We absolutely love staying at the Grey Eagle.. after a long drive and we walk into our room we get the feeling of "home" totally realaxing, great helpfull staff.. when my husband had his accident a few years ago I was so very very thankful the hotel team was there to make our stay so much easier.. thank you for that Grey Eagle

Staff was lovely. Very accessible (partner is in a wheelchair). Power went out on one set of machines in the casino and the attendant on duty made sure to find us and give us our tickets as soon as available.

Satisfied; found the buffet at casino was pricey. Resort fixed my bill. Originally, they charged me full price plus the deposit of 193.00 extra. I complained and they reversed the charges and corrected the bill. Sink was plugged and they attended it promptly. Basically, satisfied with my three-night stay in Calgary.
