Large clean rooms with a big beautiful shower. Excellent hot and cold breakfast buffet. Lots of fun in pool, hot tub and waterslide. But most of us got painful scrapes on our feet from the very rough pool bottom. We were a family group with children on a staycation and would definitely stay here again.

The stay didn’t go as smooth as I expected. Was bugged twice by a call on the room phone to speak slowly even when after the 2nd call we stayed as silent as we could. There were no songs being played, just some friends sitting and talking. Would never think of staying there again. Couldn’t have been more silent than we already were.

Great coffee and teas. Clean eating area. Room was large and very clean. Loved the reading lamps. Love the soap, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Loved having secure underground parking. Halls were quiet. Cleaning staff and front desk personal were all friendly.

The staff were all really friendly and interacted so well with my kiddo. The pool/hot tub were a big hit also. The breakfast in the morning had a great variety and everything was tasty and enjoyable.
