**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!

**BBQ Use:
Please clean the grill after each use and ensure the BBQ is covered once it has cooled down. This helps keep it in excellent shape for the next guest. Please note that if the grill is not cleaned and covered, a cleaning fee may apply. Thank you,
