I was very pleasantly surprised with this property and the help I received from the host. I was traveling with my two young kids (6&4 years old) from Edmonton for some medical appointments downtown for my son. This location was perfect. Only a 7 min drive to downtown. It is also only 2 blocks away from the river valley and there are 2 big playgrounds just down the street within 2 blocks, and a could more a few more blocks away. Very easy to walk to. There's also some shops and sunterra market right behind the building which was super convenient. The apartment itself was great. It was a perfect size for my kids and I. The 1 bedroom was very big and fit the 2 queen sized beds easily without feeling squished. The bathroom was a good size too. The only problem we had was that there was minimal cooking supplies, I wasn't going to complain to the host about it, I was just going to go to the dollar store to buy what I needed (mixing bowls and kitchen utensils), but the host happened to reach out to ask how everything was going, so I mentioned it. I was thankful to find that she brought everything over that was needed within an hour. This unit is on the main floor, but I didn't hear any noise above us the entire stay, which was nice. It's a quiet building. I highly recommend it and would stay again.
