Welcome to `Oakwoods` our 1 bedroom home featuring stylish exposed brick! This unique Airbnb offers a hybrid of contemporary and industrial-inspired space, perfect for discerning travellers seeking a one-of-a-kind experience. With its blend of modern amenities, artistic touches, and the charm of brick, this loft promises a memorable stay. Minutes from the action of the city centre, without being right in the middle of it. Enjoy a tranquil morning with a stunning downtown view!
**We do require sending a photo of the ID for newly created accounts that don`t have reviews/recommendations yet from the other hosts.
**For a stay of 20 days and more, we require a mid-stay clean ($110) **Please do not flush any other product apart from the toilet tissue down the toilet. Thank you **Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation. Please make sure to go outside for any smoking needs. **Strictly `no parties` allowed and any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $250 fine and eviction.
