Basic but clean and comfortable rooms. Gym was okay, some cardio equipment and free weights. Breakfast was lacking, like the reviews say. Hot food options were hotel scrambled eggs, uncooked deli ham slices and potatoes. Good value for the price. Area was easy to get in and out of and close to the airport. Downtown was about 15 minutes by car.

I don’t like that there’s no water bottle included. I didn’t know that they don’t have . I normally , stay in the hotel that has water either provided or you can buy. I didn’t wanna go down coz it was late when I came to my room.

Everything good about the hotel, clean at its level, spacious room and overall acceptable place to stay. But some notes to know: the reception staffs except one guy that helped me were really not helpful, i asked for a higher level rooms from the day i booked hotel until 4 hours the day before arrival. The time i entered hotel to check in, 2 laydies there ignored my request, anyway, one guy helped me to change my room. About the pillow was too fatty and big for me to sleep, my neck and shoulders still hurt. And the breakfast, was good, but could be better than this, for example the bean was really sweet might be due to souce that it is for me with suger diet was bad or the boiled eggs are the best in any time, can add it. However all good, thanks to manager, hope to improve these subjects mentioned.

The hotel was clean and in a good location if you have a car about 10 minutes from downtown Calgary parking or sufficient although quite a walk as the car park was so big and the space is near to the entrance will take a bit quickly. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive, serials bread and usually beans or small potatoes referred to as hashbrowns and then scrambled egg and either sausage or warm Ham.

I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay. Overall, everything was acceptable for the price. The check-in process was smooth, and the room itself met our expectations. However, we did encounter a couple of issues. Firstly, on the second day, our room was not serviced properly; the bed was made, but the bathroom was not cleaned, and there were some used napkins left on the floor. Additionally, the lady at check-in was a bit abrupt and not very friendly, which was a little disappointing. At checkout, we also had a negative experience. There was only one staff member at the desk, and she was on the phone for about five minutes while I was waiting. During that time, she did not acknowledge me, and once she finished her call, she didn’t apologize or thank me for waiting. Instead, she just took the room cards and said, “you can go.” This left a poor final impression of the stay.
