Calgary trip

Hotel room lights were not all functional. Breakfast food quality is so so and repeated every other day. It is boring and with limited choice only. Need to provide napkins to customers other than just the table cloth.

Amazing ‘Dino’ experience

The Royal Hotel by Wyndham is a nice hotel; however, the mattress in our bed needs to be replaced, the huge dip in the mattress made sleeping uncomfortable. Breakfast is ok but as it is complimentary, can’t complain.

Very nice hotel, room very nice. The breakfast not very good and house keeping was not good at all. Sheets were not changed the four days we were there, clean towels and bad made was all we received during our visit

The location was okay, lots of lighting at night for the parking lot. We arrived and after check-in were directed to where the elevator(s) were and took the first elevator up to the 5th floor. Unbeknownst to us, there was a 2nd elevator another 100 or so feet down the hallway....would have been nice to know. Also, drink vending machines were out of order on the first floor and the 5th floor and a water-dispenser was only available in the fitness center. All minor inconveniences but noticeable ones. These are the only reasons I can't give it 5 stars...
