The air conditioner was incredibly noisy - impossible to sleep with - but the air was so bad during the night that we had to turn it back on - also - windows way too thin - airplane noise very loud till midnight

When booking there was no mention of the pool being broken. We specifically booked here because of the pool for our kids. When we checked in the front desk did not mention that the pool was broken either. We found out by walking to the pool and there was a note on the door. Spoke with the front desk and it was stated that it had been down for 3 days already.

Terrible service, filthy room.

Pool was closed due to chlorine leak. No free breakfast. Asked for a blanket as there was 4 of us. Denied. Desk agent didn't look or try at all. Flies in room. Bathtub so filthy that nobody would use it. Air conditioners were 100$ Walmart specials. Price was triple what the room was worth. Never staying at a sandman hotel again and have stayed in multiple other cities and countries before.

I don't like sleeping in a bed where the bedding hasnt been cleaned after even a single use. Its disgusting seeing that the bed I'm about to sleep in does not have crisp clean bedding. Also, the front desk was not available when I called 2 times so that I had to go down to the reception for service. Airport shuttle only comes one time in a single hour, not good enough if one has an international flight with requirement to be 3 hours early for a flight.

We got one room, but it was very dirty and we asked to clean it, and they just gave us other room. Look at the batroom, it was dirty. Overall costumer service was okay, didn't use any other things at the hotel other them my room.
