Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please put all used towels in the laundry bag located in the laundry room. Please Do not load into the washing machine.
Seal all trash bags and put them on the garbage bin outside your unit by the driveway
Please return house key to the key hanger and exit the building at the upper level. Press the lock button on keypad to lock main exit door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
