The hotel lobby is beautiful and definitely gives luxury. However, the rooms, not so much. Maybe they updated the lobby to look 4 star but rooms are very dated. Especially the bathrooms. Nonetheless, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was a problem. Limited options for breakfast if you don’t eat pork. We stuck to fruit and eggs. Also, dinner was not good at all. I don’t think there’s anyone cooking for dinner, just maybe warming/heating food. Best part was it was convenient to 2 malls (one attached, the other in walking distance) where you can visit for other food options.

This is a Very Tired Hotel Property

I wasn't at all impressed with the NH Cali Royal. I've stayed with the NH brand before and I thought it was pretty good and expected the same here in Cali but it wasn't to be. The service was good (several people stood out and were great, others couldn't be bothered). The hotel is extremely tired. Carpets are coming up in the hallways, towels are rough and frayed (I couldn't believe they would put those at the pool, let alone in a room). The bathroom sink faucet was very loose, hardly any water came out when it did, took a long time to get hot water. Bed pretty comfortable but I had to walk around in slippers or socks for fear of how they did or didn't clean the floor in the room.

The personal service and professionalism is amazing The hotel needs a update the only comment is the beds are so hard was painful and the tu oiler seat are small and low so for an avarage 6ft American person are hard to use

Siempre que voy a Cali me quedo en este hotel pero esta vez quedé bastante desencantada! La humedad en las habitaciones está muy fuerte y ya todo está muy viejito deberían remodelar por qué el hotel está en una buena hubicacion y la comida es excelente!
