Our spacious, sunny, and cozy 90-square-meter apartment for 2 to 6 people is located on the edge of the dunes, just 100 meters from the wide white-sand beach, yet right in the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Callantsoog. The apartment is part of a small apartment complex and features a private parking space and a separate bike shed. The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds, a half-bath, a modern living room with a kitchen, and a spacious balcony facing southwest with views of the dunes. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds; one has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The other bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.<br><br><br>Area: Callantsoog is located in the fastest-growing flower bulb-growing region in the Netherlands. Nearby is Alkmaar, famous for its cheese market, or Schagen, with its traditional West Frisian market, where you can admire many old traditional costumes. A drive of less than an hour takes you to the historic and culturally rich port towns of the Zuiderzee (Medemblik, Hoorn, Enkhuizen, Marken, Edam, or Volendam). These towns offer countless historical attractions and are definitely worth a visit.

Ferienwohnung super gelegen. Man hat alles was man braucht mit 6 Leuten ein bisschen eng im Küche -Wohn -Essbereich aber es geht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub alles ist in Laufnähe. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt.

Urlaub Callantsoog

Die Ferienunterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen .Der Toilettendeckel des Gästebadezimmers hat Macken, die Handtuchhaken bestehen aus alten Eisenhaken.Der Kühlschrank "stinkt", nicht zu definieren.Die Brausegarnitur im Badezimmer mit Wanne ist verkalkt und sehr alt und "fies", die Badewanne ist in einem schlechten Zustand.Die Toilettenbürste ist nicht zu benutzen ( ekelig ).Mehrere "Kleinigkeiten" am Rande erwähnt: Klingel geht nicht, Schlüsselsafe alt und verwittert,Treppenaufgang zum Obergeschoss knarrt sehr laut. Mein Fazit,nie wieder diese Ferienwohnung

Wohnung in perfekter Lage und viel Potenzial

Die Wohnung ist an sich schön, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Der einzige Luxus sind die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung. Sowohl bei der Ausstattung als auch der Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben: Die Balkonmöbel lassen sich nur schwer verstellen (verrostet), das zweite Bad ist zum Duschen kaum nutzbar, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche (muss separat gezahlt werden) sind weit weg von Luxus. Auch die überall in der Wohnung verteilten Utensilien zum Betrieb der Wohnung (Putzeimer in der Toilette, Staubsauger hinter der Schlafzimmertür, Schränke zur Hälfte voll mit Werkzeug, Bettzeug, Matzatzenauflagen usw.) sind nicht sehr charmant. Alles in allem haben wir trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Aber das Wort Luxus ist nicht zutreffend.

Super Lage, funktionale Ausstattung

Eine etwas in die Jahre gekommene, dennoch funktionale Ferienwohnung. So fehlte ein Toaster , Verdunklungsgardinen und es könnte in den Ecken etwas sauberer sein. Wir hatten aufgrund der super Lage und dem tollen Wetter eine schöne Woche.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung, die nah an der Stadt und zum Strand liegt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ich war dort mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Töchtern. Schön, dass es zwei Badezimmer gibt.

Nordholland vom Feinsten

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe und zum Ortskern war es auch nicht weit. Schöne Unterkunft mit allen was man braucht. Callantsoog selbst ist ein hübscher Ort mit Supermarkt, Geschäften und Restaurants

Schöner Kurzurlaub in toller Wohnung

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für einen Kurzurlaub zum zweiten Mal in Barbaras Wohnung. Es war wieder einmal traumhaft. Barbaras Wohnung ist super gepflegt und liegt direkt am Aufgang zum Strand. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Kurz....volle Punktzahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub. Wir fahren schon sehr lange nach Callantsoog und haben viele verschiedene Unterkünfte genutzt. Das Apartment hatte alles was erforderlich war und ist von der Lage her kaum zu toppen. Daher sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Jahreswechsel am Meer

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und trotz des Alters in einem guten Zustand. Lediglich in einem Schlafraum war die Gardine zerrissen und die Klingel funktionierte nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und ausreichend Geschirr. Der Tisch unter der Treppe kann ausgezogen werden und ist dann für 6Personen ausreichend. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ort und sehr nahe am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Lage

In Summe in Ordnung. Super Lage, direkt an den Dünen und fussläufig zum Centrum. Ausstattung an sich komplett, aber ein wenig „ in die Jahre“ gekommen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Besitzern. Hausnummer in der Beschreibung von Fewo Direkt falsch. Nicht 29, sondern 27 (de Seinpost). Daher zuerst etwas gesucht. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz mit gleicher Nummer. Leider scheint das manche Besucher nicht zu interessieren und es wird geparkt wo man will. Allerdings stehen hinter dem Haus weitere Parkplätze bereit.

Schöne Wohnung - aber Luxus?

Dank Schlüsselsafe und nummerierten Parkplatz vorm Haus unkompliziertes Ankommen. Tolle Lage, sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, für 3- 4 Leute optimal. Leider ist die Aufteilung der Badezimmer nicht so günstig, wenn man nicht mit Familie reist. Das schönere Bad ist nur von einem der Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Das 2. Bad hat keine Toilette ( man muss die Toilette im unteren Stockwerk nutzen) und die alte Badewanne im 2. Bad ist sehr schmal, so dass der Duschvorhang am Körper klebt, was die Duschfreude deutlich schmälert. Von der Ausstattung hätten wir uns noch einen Föhn und einen Toaster gewünscht....

Orientierung am Zielort etwas problematisch, da angegebene Hausnummer das Nachbarhaus war. Meer und Geschäfte sehr gut erreichbar. Ebenso Strandtestaurant Vos. Eine kleine Mappe mit ein paar Insidertipps , Erklärung der Müllentsorgung, der technischen Geräte in der Wohnung. Bettwäsche sollte im Inserat als nicht inclusive erwähnt werden.Die Wohnung ist schön, aber keine Luxuswohnumg.

Tolle Wohnung in Top Lage

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende mit vier Personen in Barbaras Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt einfach perfekt in Strandnähe und zum Zentrum von Callantsoog. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Barbara war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Callantsoog

Der Aufenthalt selbst war wirklich schön. Angefangen hat er aber recht holprig, da die Beschreibung des Aufenthaltortes teilweise nicht gut nachvollziehbar war. Z.B hatten wir eine völlig falsche Hausnummer erhalten. Leider haben wir dadurch eine Einheimische sehr verärgert. Laut Beschreibung sollte es ihr Haus sein, was nicht der Fall war. Bis wir dann schließlich die für uns reservierte Wohnung fanden, hat es einige Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Aber wie gesagt, der Aufenthalt selbat war schön und das Wasser war direkt um die Ecke. Ein sehr schöner langer, breiter Strand mit feinem Sand und Gelegenheiten in den Strandbars etwas zu Trinken und zu Essen. Der Stadtkern war auch nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bars und Restaurants. Fazit Bis auf einen holprigen Start vor Ort, hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden Callantsoog wieder besuchen!
